She routinely leads the due diligence process in a variety of contexts, including M&A, investments, R&D collaborations, and partnerships, and helps companies navigate FDA requirements, clinical trial regulations, data privacy issues, and other biotech-specific frameworks. Erin also works closely with leadership teams to support effective corporate governance, fiduciary oversight, and board communications.\r\n\r\nErin served as law clerk to Chief Justice Wallace Jefferson of the Supreme Court of Texas, and has been honored as a Texas Rising Star in Intellectual Property. Prior to her legal career, Erin worked for two years as a post-graduate researcher at UCSF in a lab studying angiogenesis and lymphangiogenesis. She earned her B.S. in Biology from Pepperdine University and graduated summa cum laude from Baylor University School of Law.
